Hardwood Forestry Fund Members know that wood is a renewable resource, and that healthy, vibrant forests provide benefits to wildlife, the environment, and to people.

The Hardwood Forestry Fund is a niche program that enables the forest products industry to replace trees and establish sustainable forests through tree planting, direct seeding, and management to promote natural regeneration. By joining the Hardwood Forestry Fund, our members give back to the forests that support their businesses, and plan for a future with healthy and abundant natural resources.

Entire projects for 2017 are available for adoption. To learn more about available projects, please call the Hardwood Forestry Fund at 877-433-8733. The HFF encourages interested companies to call and discuss your company’s hardwood species replenishment goals.

Average costs for our 2017 tree planting and forest management projects including site preparation, seedling purchase, planting labor, and weed control are approximately $0.50 per tree.  A donation of $250 plants 500 trees and a donation of $500 plants an acre of quality hardwoods.
